My Trader Joe’s Favorites – What are Yours!?
Blueberry Scones:
Artichoke Ravioli:
Fresh and SUPER fast to cook. Plus, they literally only need a dab of grass fed butter and parmesan… so it’s basically the easiest lunch or dinner ever.
Trader Joe’s Mac ‘n Cheese:
Just… try it. It’s stupid good. Pretend it’s for your kids and then eat it while they’re at school😁
Dark Chocolate Covered Marshmallows:
👆I think we’re done here. 😜
Roasted Plantain Chips:
Probably my ALL TIME FAVORITE thing at Trader Joe’s. They’re less than $2 a bag and holy crap, it’s like a grown up potato chip. SOOOOO good, and I can totally polish off an entire bag myself if I’m not paying attention – they’re THAT good. Plus, I’m pretty sure you can eat them on some of those particularly picky diets.
Curry: in a hurry😛
The bottled curry sauces at Trader Joe’s are REALLY good. I just sear up some chicken and pour it on. Then throw everything over rice. Easy peasy. Honestly? I usually combine these bottles together to make a custom sauce. Not sure why I started doing that, but it’s yummy.
Ooo, I forgot to get some, but they have a REALLY good thai peanut dipping sauce too. Sometimes I add a splash of that in as well.
Frozen Chocolate Covered Gone Bananas Slices:
Super low calorie and PERFECT for after dinner when you don’t have a stale pan of brownies to pick at that was leftover from Sunday night. (come on, you know you do that too).
You could totally make these yourself, but for under $2 a box, it’s so not worth the mess and time.
Soft Baked Snickerdoodles + Salted Caramel Coconut Cookies:
The only cookies that are allowed to be hard are Oreos and Thin Mint Girl Scout cookies. All others should be amazingly soft, and these two are no exception.
I just lifted my face closer to the screen to read about what’s NOT in the snickerdoodle cookies… huh, I guess they’re healthy and shiz. Didn’t even know. They don’t taste like it. (shrug)… that should tell you something. LOL
And the coconut cookies are basically a freakin’ amazing coconut macaroon with a slab of salted caramel in the center. yesssssss!
I have yet to try them in my all time favorite cookie recipe, but you better believe I will be!

The dark chocolate covered almonds with turbinado sugar and sea salt are amazing. Just try not to eat the whole package at once. I mean, not that anyone would do that…

garlic hummus, feta dip, blue cheese pecan dip, the "diet" Cheetos, frozen gorgonzola gnocci, frozen mashed potatoes for when I am really lazy
Lori says
Um, the garlic salt in the grinder is like, not even real. If I'm cooking meat, I'm grinding. If I'm roasting vegetables, I'm grinding. If I'm making garlic bread, I'm grinding. Grind with me.

The breaded chicken nuggets!

The boxes of frozen brown rice packets are my number one tj's staple. Such a boring thing, but I will never consistently make rice that good. They take 3 minutes in the microwave and boom- perfect rice. Serve with mandarain orange chicken or their Cuban black beans. I probably buy at least two of those three items every time I go!

I am SO with you on the pumpkin butter! I'll even mix it with balsamic and use it as a glaze for chicken or reduce it down more for a salad dressing ๐ Also: sweet chili sauce and orange vinegar. You won't be disappointed ๐

Too hard to pick just one favorite!
Frozen foods: gorgonzola gnocchi, veggie fried rice, birds nests (with a little soy sauce), the light mac and cheese, mac and cheese balls (appetizer), almond croissants, and all the frozen fruit for smoothies
Non frozen: partially popped popcorn, hot cocoa packets (seasonal so stock up), coconut strips, strawberry organic yogurt, crumpets (like an english muffin but bettet), and the cheese selection and fresh flowers
I also love their customer service!
Bud & Kim says
I love their "just chicken" breasts that are previoked and seasoned so you can cut and throw them on top of a salad no weird extra stuff added. Love the plantain chips too.

We don't live close to one so I make a run with my cooler about once a month and it's the best! Here are my favorites:
Cilantro Wontons – frozen section
Macrons – frozen and so good
Fully cooked chicken – balsamic and lemon pepper are my favorite
Korean Bulgogi – amazing on the grill
Banana Bread Mix
Cookie Butter – takes some serious will power but angels sing when you eat this!

I'm another TJ lover who jumped for joy when they came to Utah! (I was there the day they opened!) In addition to what's already been mentioned: Honey sesame almonds, slab California dried apricots, berry tart in the bakery section, almond windmill cookies, all their grab and go salads are yum-o. Love their rice blends and flavored pastas. Oh and also their sweet & salty popcorn chips with chia seeds. I could go on and on…
